I simply had to let you know how helpful I have found your “Morning Well” cassette tape.    It has made such a dramatic difference to my second pregnancy, as I have hardly suffered from sickness or nausea at all, since using it.  At the first signs of nausea I would listen to your tape and within a matter of minutes I would feel so much better.  In fact my personal stereo has hardly been out of my sight for the first three months of my pregnancy.  As you can appreciate, with a very active 2 year old daughter, I do not have the luxury of being able to go back to bed or take it easy if I am feeling rough.  So the Morning Well tape has made our family life so much easier, as I have been able to carry on as normal.
