Dear Hilary,

I really don’t know where to start.  I can go back many years to the age of 13 years when I first started getting burned on very bright days.  My childhood was a nightmare, but with the help of very thick white looking sun cream, I coped with my teenage years.  When I married and had a  family, I nearly always had to miss out on sports days and beach holidays for fear of getting burnt and having to cope with the agony.  Finally at the age of almost 60 years, I have, with the help of BioAstin and a no 20 sun screen, been able to look a bit more to the future.

 In February 2003, I am going with my husband on a Caribbean Cruise, something I have in the past only dreamed about.  I am retiring, I am 60 years of age and I have been married almost 40 years.  This will be very special to me and my husband, who over the last 40 years has always worried about me, but always sorted anything I wanted to try, to get well.  The added bonus to all this is,  I am an arthritis sufferer and it is improving also. 

I hope my letter encourages other people to try and get well without having to take drugs that eventually give other problems!  Anti Inflammatory drugs are becoming a thing of the past for me, I hope.
