Morning Well is a simple CD containing a revolutionary audio programme, that has been created from a unique blend of music, specific frequencies, tones and pulses to alleviate the symptoms of ‘morning sickness’.

Instructions for Use
The programme has to be specifically used with headphones, connected to a good quality stereo, personal system or MP3 player. In the beginning it is advisable to listen to the CD for at least 20 minutes* and try to relax, without any interruptions, if possible. *(The CD is approx 30 mins long).
